How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Inner Thread → Cancel Subscription. Your access stays active until the end of the current period.
How do I export my entries?
In the app: Settings → Your data → Export all my data. We'll prepare a copy of everything you've written.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Are my entries private?
Yes. Entry text is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit over HTTPS. We do not use your writing to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The mic isn't working.
Open Settings → Inner Thread on your iPhone and confirm Microphone is enabled. Restart the app and try again. If still failing, email us with your iOS version and the model of your phone.
